We are seeking a highly motivated and initiative-taking Employment Specialist to join our team at Aspire Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting unemployed customers with mental health and additional barriers to work in achieving employment and those currently off sick to return to the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to customers to overcome mental health and additional barriers to work
  • Develop and implement effective job placement strategies to achieve employment outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Conduct regular progress reviews to monitor customer progress and adjust support plans as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in employment support or a related field
