Job Summary:
We are delighted to partner with our long-standing client, a reputable company in their market sector, to fill the role of HR Business Partner. Reporting to the Head of People, this position will drive and generate positive outcomes for workforce-related projects to be delivered within the company's strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement organizational design strategies to support business growth and transformation.
- Lead re-organization and restructuring initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct consultations and terms and conditions reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the internal communications team to ensure effective delivery of information to stakeholders.
- Produce project proposals that are evidence-based, operationally effective, and value for money.
- Support the Head of People and OD in defining and developing project scopes and objectives.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, managing changes to scope, project schedule, and project costs.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders, modeling a collaborative and influencing style of working, to achieve the best outcomes in project delivery.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of organizational development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
