About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at SPT Labtech. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering all aspects of demo equipment preparation, including scheduling, inventory management, and shipping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate demo equipment preparation, including liaising with internal teams and external carriers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, update tracking calendars, and ensure demo equipment is properly stored and secured.
  • Shipping and Logistics: Prepare and ship demo equipment, including preparing accurate supporting documentation and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including processing invoices, handling queries, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • General Support: Assist with general administrative duties, such as filing, document tracking, and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge of logistics freight forwarding and customs clearance procedures, or a willingness to start a career in logistics.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Education: Good grades at GCSE/A-Levels or B-Tec equivalents.
