Job Title: Depot Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Depot Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Agfa-Gevaert. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of logistics to ensure the timely delivery of spare parts and machines to meet our business needs and comply with Customs regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate logistics operations to ensure compliance with Customs regulations and business requirements.
  2. Identify potential risks and areas for improvement in our import/export processes.
  3. Manage import clearances, machine and freight quotations, and export documentation.
  4. Arrange shipments and coordinate with customers to meet their requirements.
  5. Update and maintain logistics procedures and stay up-to-date with HT codes, packing regulations, and country-specific export requirements.
  6. Provide cover for spares order entry processes and assist with day-to-day pick and pack operations.
  7. Represent the logistics team at internal meetings and provide updates on machine shipment status.
Requirements:
  1. CILT level 3 or equivalent qualification.
  2. Import/export training and experience.
  3. Experience in shipping dangerous goods by road and/or air is beneficial.
  4. Working knowledge of common office IT applications (MS Word, Excel, email, etc.).
  5. Experience in moving large machinery by road, air, and sea.
  6. Forklift license preferred, but training will be provided.
