Logistics Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Agfa. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of logistics to ensure the timely delivery of spare parts and machines to meet our business needs and comply with Customs regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of logistics, including import clearances, machine and freight quotations, and export documentation.
  • Identify potential areas and levels of risk to our business around Import/Export regulations.
  • Arrange all aspects of spares, freight, and machine shipments in a timely manner.
  • Update and maintain logistics procedures and be fully conversant with all role-related matters.
  • Act as cover for all spares order entry processes and assist with day-to-day pick and pack to customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • CILT level 3 or equivalent.
  • Import/Export training.
  • Experience in shipping dangerous goods by road and/or air.
  • Working understanding of common office IT applications.
  • Experience in moving large machinery by road, air, and sea.
