Schroders, a leading global investment manager, is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Risk Analyst to join our Service Centre Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing Treasury Risk and regulatory services to our Wealth Management entities worldwide.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Produce Daily Market and Counterparty Risk Reports
  2. Maintain the Setup of FIS Balance Sheet Manager
  3. Conduct Specific Market and Liquidity Risk Analyses
  4. Prepare Documents for Management Committees and Senior Management
  5. Ensure SLA KPIs and Group Reporting Deadlines are Met
  6. Support the Business with Ad-Hoc Requests
  7. Participate in Projects as They Arise
  8. Act as Back-Up to Other Team Members
  9. Produce and Maintain Standardised Procedure Documentation

Your Ideal Qualifications

  1. A Minimum of 2 Years' Experience in Treasury, Market Risk, or Asset and Liability Management
  2. Proficient Understanding of Frameworks for Managing Market and Liquidity Risk
  3. Familiarity with Market Data Provider Software such as Refinitiv
  4. Prior Experience with Market Risk Management Tools, Preferably FIS Balance Sheet Manager
  5. Proficiency in Using MS Office Suite
  6. A Proactive, Self-Driven Individual with Strong Analytical Capabilities
  7. Efficient Time Management Skills with the Ability to Prioritise Tasks Effectively

Desirable Skills

  1. Experience with Management Studio for SQL-Based Information Querying
  2. Previous Experience in the Financial Services Sector
