Schroders, a leading global investment manager, is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Risk Analyst to join our Service Centre Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing Treasury Risk and regulatory services to our Wealth Management entities worldwide.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Produce Daily Market and Counterparty Risk Reports
- Maintain the Setup of FIS Balance Sheet Manager
- Conduct Specific Market and Liquidity Risk Analyses
- Prepare Documents for Management Committees and Senior Management
- Ensure SLA KPIs and Group Reporting Deadlines are Met
- Support the Business with Ad-Hoc Requests
- Participate in Projects as They Arise
- Act as Back-Up to Other Team Members
- Produce and Maintain Standardised Procedure Documentation
Your Ideal Qualifications
- A Minimum of 2 Years' Experience in Treasury, Market Risk, or Asset and Liability Management
- Proficient Understanding of Frameworks for Managing Market and Liquidity Risk
- Familiarity with Market Data Provider Software such as Refinitiv
- Prior Experience with Market Risk Management Tools, Preferably FIS Balance Sheet Manager
- Proficiency in Using MS Office Suite
- A Proactive, Self-Driven Individual with Strong Analytical Capabilities
- Efficient Time Management Skills with the Ability to Prioritise Tasks Effectively
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Management Studio for SQL-Based Information Querying
- Previous Experience in the Financial Services Sector
