About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cash and Treasury Operations Lead Specialist to join our team at Schroders. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Cash and Treasury functions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage Cash Flow Processes: Oversee all cash flow processes, both interbank and client-related, to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  2. Utilize Microsoft Office Tools: Effectively utilize Microsoft Office tools to support daily tasks and optimize workflows.
  3. Support Team Activities: Provide assistance and support to team activities and business operations as needed.
  4. Manage Nostro Cash Positions: Prepare, maintain, and supervise daily and intraday nostro cash positions with Correspondence banks and custodians.
  5. Maintain Counterparty Data: Maintain counterparty static data, including settlement instructions and limits.
  6. Ensure Daily Settlement: Ensure the daily settlement of the bank and building society deposits (BBD) as well as monthly capitalization work.
  7. Process Treasury Deals: Undertake reversals, adjustments, and corrections of client Treasury deals.
Requirements
  1. Strong Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage cash flow processes and optimize workflows.
