About the Role:

We are working with Sanderson Recruitment to find a highly organized and experienced Company Secretary to join a leading Financial Services firm. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the board and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the board and senior management team
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Manage company records and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
  • Coordinate meetings and events, and prepare meeting materials and minutes
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Company Secretary or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
