About the Role:
We are working with Sanderson Recruitment to find a highly organized and experienced Company Secretary to join a leading Financial Services firm. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the board and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the board and senior management team
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Manage company records and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Coordinate meetings and events, and prepare meeting materials and minutes
- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Company Secretary or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
