About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Support Adviser to join our team at Oyster Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional front-line support to our clients, providing outstanding customer solutions and ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, determine root causes, and devise solutions to resolve customer queries
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and implementation consultants to ensure swift ticket resolutions
  • Raise issues and risks to the product team and Customer Service Director as necessary
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers, suppliers, and third-party organizations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and support to clients
Requirements:
  • Financial/Accounts background with a qualification in a related field
  • Excellent general IT software and financial/accounting knowledge
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident in assisting clients via telephone or email and working with external customer-facing projects
  • Experience working on multiple simultaneous projects, with a strong ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
