Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Check-in/Check-out: Ensure seamless check-in and check-out experiences for guests, including processing payments and handling room assignments.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with management, colleagues, and guests to ensure a positive and efficient hotel operation.
- Customer Service: Deliver high-level customer service at all times, responding to guest needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Hotel Operations: Comply with all hotel regulations and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize guest satisfaction.
