We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our international B2B brand RateHawk in the UK & Ireland.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing business growth strategies to expand our presence in the assigned territory;
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with signed partners to increase their performance;
  • Maximizing and developing API deals with potential and existing partners;
  • Providing system training to existing and new partners;
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory;
  • Positioning the brand within the travel trade;
  • Ensuring payments control and providing market & competitive environment analysis;
  • Providing comprehensive reporting.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience in the travel industry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience;
  • Competence in API technology deals;
  • Personal skills, including proactivity, ambition, motivation, action-orientation, results-focus, and a willingness to work with innovative technology;
  • An international mindset, with the ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts;
  • Fluency in English, with other languages a plus;
  • Readiness for business trips, with up to 40% of working time potentially required for market visits.
