About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director, Advancement. As a key member of our Public Relations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and goals are achieved.
  • Lead accounts and drive high levels of satisfaction through expert client services and strategic communications.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Provide senior support to account teams on client discussions and projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform strategic thinking and advice.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in client services, strategic communications, and integrated marketing.
  • Strong project management skills, including team delegation, timeline and budget tracking, quality control, and logistics planning.
  • Excellent understanding of social media processes, corporate review processes, healthcare regulations, and pharma industry issues.
  • Ability to think strategically and provide high-level advice to clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
