Drive Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnerships Director to join our Wholesale Distribution team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnership channel and business development opportunities with key IFA consolidators, large national, networks, and emerging advisory businesses.

About the Role:

You will need to have a strong consultative selling skills to build solutions for Strategic Partners. You will be bringing the best of Aviva Investor's capabilities to the client, including its discretionary MPS solutions or single strategy investment vehicles as componentry to client's MPS and working collaboratively with the discretionary sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic partnership channel and business development opportunities
  • Build and develop new relationships with key consolidators and national, network IFA firms
  • Work with Sales Support and sales management teams to ensure all Strategic Partnership leads are followed up effectively
  • Seek out and engage new business opportunities with firms unknown to Aviva Investors

Regulatory Requirements:

In this role you'll be 'Certified' under the Financial Conduct Authority / Prudential Regulation Authority's Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR). This means that we'll need to complete some regulatory background checks on you before you take up your role and we'll need to ask you some questions on an annual basis to make sure you remain 'fit and proper' and competent to carry out your role.
