About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products from design concept to serial production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Quality Assurance strategies for new product introductions.
  • Lead Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) on system, design, and process.
  • Review product quality historical data and provide reliability predictions.
  • Take an active role in design and test reviews.
  • Manage product/field risk assessments as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables.

Requirements

  • HND or equivalent in an Engineering discipline (Degree desirable).
  • Related experience in a Quality Engineering role, preferably in new product development.
  • Regular use of APQP, PFMEA, and PPAP.
  • A thorough understanding of Engineering drawings & specifications.
  • IT literate - Microsoft packages, SAP experience preferred but not essential.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work without supervision.
  • Assertive and excellent communication skills.
  • Logic-driven decision maker.
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
