We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Co-Ordinator to join our team at KPI Recruiting. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for screening candidates, interviewing and selecting the best fit for our clients, and ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Screening candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements
  2. Conducting interviews and selecting the most suitable candidates
  3. Verifying Right to Work documents and adhering to GDPR guidelines
  4. Maintaining the recruitment platform up-to-date
  5. Liaising with stakeholders and candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  6. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  7. Adhering to Company Health and Safety procedures
  8. Maintaining a healthy work-life balance and ensuring colleagues do the same
  9. Ensuring statutory training requirements are met
About You

We are looking for a proactive and forward-thinking individual with excellent communication skills, good attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. You should have previous administrative and customer services experience, be proficient in MS Word and Excel, and be confident in communicating with candidates and stakeholders.
