The Role
As the European Marketing Campaign Manager, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager and play a crucial role in executing our strategy for expansion into European markets, with an initial focus on Germany. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance lead generation and increase sales revenue from the German market by designing, coordinating, and managing targeted marketing campaigns.
The key responsibilities include:
  • Executing the marketing strategy to attract new business in Germany, aligned with our global objectives
  • Overseeing the development and translation of our German-language website in collaboration with external agencies
  • Creating comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to specific market segments to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
  • Monitoring and adjusting campaign activities to ensure they meet established goals
  • Collaborating with the in-house Content and Social Media teams to produce relevant supporting materials
  • Adapting UK marketing content to resonate with German audiences
  • Working closely with the Sales Team to ensure effective collaboration between marketing initiatives and sales efforts
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of both live and virtual events as needed
What We Are Looking For
  • Fluent in German, residing in the UK, with the ability to travel within the EU
  • Proven experience in marketing, either in an agency or client-side role
  • Expertise in managing multichannel B2B lead generation campaigns
  • Familiarity with HubSpot marketing tools and WordPress
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent time management abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Solid financial management and budgeting skills
  • Strong writing skills in both English and German
  • A confident communicator and collaborative team player, able to build relationships across various stakeholders
  • Understanding of the lead generation and sales processes
  • Experience working with external partners such as creative agencies and copywriters

  • Experience marketing to a German B2B audience
  • Knowledge of the fulfillment and delivery industry
  • Proficiency in other European languages (e.g., French, Italian)
