About the Role:

Akorn Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Analyst to join our team. As a Sales Performance Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability by analyzing sales data, competitor pricing, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pricing changes and ensure seamless execution.
  • Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to pricing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales analysis, pricing, or revenue management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with occasional evening/weekend shifts.
