About the Role:

Akorn Recruitment is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales and Pricing Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability through data-driven insights and strategic pricing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth sales analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain complex pricing models, including competitor analysis and market research.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to pricing queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the development of commercial strategies, including market analysis and competitor intelligence.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of pricing data, including competitor pricing and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a pricing or revenue management role, with a strong understanding of pricing strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evening/weekend shifts and support other areas of the business as needed.
