This major Pension Administration specialist, IPS Group, is seeking an experienced TPA Client & Operations Manager to join their team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships for a portfolio of schemes and assisting in the operational aspects of several administration teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships for a portfolio of schemes, ensuring excellent service delivery and building strong relationships with clients.
- Assist in the operational aspects of several administration teams, including process improvement and team management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience in TPA operations and client relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
