About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Build Administrator to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a Site Build Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collate and distribute site weekly notes and reports
  • Assist in taking minutes for project review meetings and ensure accurate records are maintained
  • Collate and post delivery tickets to the office
  • Produce letters, reports, and memos as required using Microsoft Office packages
  • Complete audits on inspection reports and photograph completed work for documentation purposes
  • Provide administrative support to site personnel to ensure the efficient running of developments
  • Order PPE, workwear, and stationery items as needed
  • Arrange and support meetings and events
  • Assist the site Project Manager as required
  • Maintain an accurate and efficient filing and archive system
  • Assist with the collation of paperwork for handovers, including uploading to relevant systems and scanning documentation

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and use own initiative when required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Good knowledge of health and safety requirements on site
  • Experience of working in a site environment is desirable
