Position Summary

You will join a project team responsible for the integration of the Oracle Fusion ERP system into Next Finance, initiating with the overhaul of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.

Core Responsibilities

Your focus will be on the design, configuration, and development of financial reports that enhance the Profit and Loss statements across various business sectors, utilizing the EPM functionalities of the Oracle Fusion software. As a crucial member of our team, you will engage in design workshops, assist the Business Solution Lead Manager, and contribute to one of the program's key deliverables, alongside broader financial reporting initiatives.

This includes:

- Participating in familiarization workshops
- Documenting design decisions in accordance with the project scope
- Completing design workbooks
- Assisting with assessments of business impact
- Redesigning existing 'streaming' processes
- Coordinating with the reporting team
- Collaborating with the core GL lead to align with the newly structured enterprise
- Contributing to the training strategy
- Planning and executing testing phases
- Engaging with change management and business adoption to develop user training materials
- Planning and executing cutover strategies
- Providing warranty support

You will also identify potential risks and ensure that appropriate controls are established to mitigate them.

Furthermore, you will work alongside various business readiness teams:

- Current commercial finance teams
- Change management and adoption teams to ensure comprehensive user training
- Data migration teams to validate the accuracy of data transitioned into the new system
- Reporting teams to reconcile the General Ledger and other management information.

Qualifications

Proven experience in implementing change with an emphasis on controls and automation. A solid understanding of reporting and the strategic application of data in an EPM environment is essential. Experience with Oracle, particularly Fusion. Strong self-management skills, a systematic approach, and excellent organizational abilities are required to manage multiple concurrent tasks. Exceptional attention to detail is necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial. The ability to meet tight deadlines and escalate issues appropriately is vital. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are important. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Google Presentations is needed. Previous experience with analytical toolkits, Power BI, and cloud-based data analytics is advantageous.
