Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience and Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As the engine of our business, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management, supply chain, and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Ensure that we never run out of stock of our key products, and that our inventory levels are always optimized.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with our warehouse to ensure that all products are shipping on time, and that all activity runs smoothly.
- Performance Monitoring: Meticulously monitor the performance of our categories, identifying new opportunities and risks, and suggesting and taking relevant actions at speed.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve our processes, analysis, and best practices, and share them with the team to drive efficiency.
- Brand Partner Relationships: Build strong relationships with our suppliers, and lead onboarding processes for new brands.
- Proven experience in an Operations, Supply Chain, or analytical role in a fast-paced, short lead-time business (preferably online and for at least 2 years).
- Experience of planning weekly sales, stock, and intake management.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong computer and numeracy skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and other associated applications.
- Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and creatively explain complex analysis to non-technical stakeholders.
