Job Summary

As a Supply Chain Lead at HelloFresh, you will be responsible for overseeing the inbound supply chain operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Category ownership of inbound supply chain operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods
  • Execute weekly inbound scheduling, ordering, and forecasting processes for the category
  • Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers to ensure high standards are consistently met
  • Partner with Procurement, Technical, Inventory, and Production teams to strengthen the supply portfolio and reduce risk
  • Ensure timely and accurate information is shared with internal stakeholders to deliver the best customer experience
  • Identify and mitigate risks to reduce impact on the end-to-end operation and customer experience
  • Deliver key projects to continually improve supply chain performance and efficiency

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate analysis into actionable insights
  • Ability to manage and coordinate stock levels across multiple sites
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Resilient and able to operate well under pressure, prioritizing ruthlessly
  • Strong communicator, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
  • Critical thinker, using logic to identify opportunities, evaluate alternatives, and present critical information to solve problems
  • Highly motivated and passionate self-starter
  • FMCG and Supply Chain Operations background a plus

Location

The HelloFresh Farm, 60 Worship Street, EC2A 2EZ, London

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Every 6 weeks, weekend work will be required. 3 days in the office are required.
