Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our supply chain and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure high-quality service and competitive pricing

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in a high-growth company or startup
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and reducing costs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with supply chain management software and tools, such as Google Suite and Excel
