Job Title: Contracting Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracting Officer to join our team at Core-Asset Consulting Ltd. As a Contracting Officer, you will be responsible for driving the contracting process from initial drafting through negotiation and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Drive the contracting process from initial drafting through negotiation and execution, ensuring that all contracts are legally binding and meet the company's requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate and coordinate with stakeholders across functions involved in the contracting process, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned.
  • Client Expectations: Manage client expectations throughout the negotiation process, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
  • Issue Identification: Identify potential issues that may impact the contracting process and disseminate them to relevant stakeholders for review, discussion, negotiation, and resolution.
  • Contractual Documentation: Capture and record relevant non-standard contractual clauses on an ongoing basis and maintain the contractual documentation database.
  • Support to Sales Team: Support the sales team with contractual documentation queries, ensuring that all sales teams have the necessary information to close deals.

Requirements:

  • Legal Qualification: A legal qualification is preferred but not essential.
  • Contracting Experience: Proven track record of drafting and negotiating sophisticated legal contracts.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage competing internal and external demands within timeframes.
