About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Legal Contracts Officer to join our team at Meraki Talent Ltd. As a Legal Contracts Officer, you will play a crucial role in drafting and negotiating contracts and commercial agreements between our business and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating contracts and commercial agreements to ensure seamless business operations and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborating with key business stakeholders to identify and address contractual issues, ensuring that contracts are serviceable operationally and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Providing expert advice on legal and regulatory frameworks to inform contractual arrangements and client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a legal practice or in-house legal role, with a strong background in contract negotiation and drafting.
  • Financial Services experience is preferred, but we welcome applications from candidates with strong experience in drafting and negotiating legal contracts from other industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
