We are seeking a CRM Executive to own our CRM strategy across French-speaking markets, delivering exceptional CRM marketing campaigns that position our brands as the number one betting and casino products in their markets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in developing and executing CRM promotional and marketing campaign calendars for assigned countries.
  • Collaborate with CRM Managers to plan and execute revenue-driving CRM marketing campaigns within assigned countries.
  • Assist with promotional design briefs to various departments and ensure campaigns are fulfilled by relevant teams.
  • Execute, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness through various data platforms.
  • Regularly monitor country-by-country performance data.
  • Assist in monitoring country-by-country performance data and use this to devise ad-hoc and automated campaigns to maintain and increase market growth and customer value.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of activity from all customer value segments.
  • Utilize key data insights to help build new customer segments, ensuring customers receive the right communication at the right time.
  • Perform marketing activities for the Premier Bet brand, including copywriting and campaign creation.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market development to enable Premier Bet and its associated brands to better the offering of our competitors.

**Essential Background:**

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience of balancing multiple campaigns.
  • Data-driven with the ability to turn insights into actions and resolutions.
  • Experience in the gaming industry is beneficial.
  • Marketing mindset and analytical traits.
  • Collaborative, with the ability to adapt and work alongside multiple departments.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different localized strategies.
  • Quality project and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work dynamically and remotely.
