Warden - Residential Care

We are seeking an experienced and caring Warden to join our team at Residential Management Group Ltd. As a Warden, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Resident Care and Support: Enhance the quality of life for our residents by creating a warm and friendly environment, and providing assistance with daily tasks as needed.
- Property Management: Effectively manage the residential development, ensuring a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Security and Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the security systems, including the call system, door entry, and fire defences. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and tidying communal areas.
- Communication and Problem-Solving: Develop strong relationships with residents, staff, and contractors. Resolve issues promptly and effectively, using diplomacy, empathy, and patience.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative duties, including recording maintenance inspections and weekly checks, using relevant IT systems.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a residential care setting.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, good communication skills (verbal and written), and the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Flexibility: A flexible work attitude, with the ability to work varied hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
