Key Responsibilities as a Registered Manager:
- Create detailed care plans customized to the unique needs of each young person.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in residential childcare, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity within the last 5 years.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or an equivalent qualification.
- Familiarity with quality standards, childcare regulations, and strong communication and leadership skills.
