About the Role

As a Registered Manager at The Cambian Group, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in providing exceptional care and support to children in our residential homes in Middlesbrough. With a focus on transforming the lives of young people, you will develop comprehensive care plans, foster consultation, and maintain high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement care plans that address the unique needs of each young person
  • Foster a culture of consultation and collaboration with young people, parents, and other professionals
  • Maintain high standards of care and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to provide exceptional care and support

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in residential care of children, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of The Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements
