Graduate Surveyor

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Surveyor to join our Building Consultancy team at Lambert Smith Hampton. As a Graduate Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting our senior surveyors in delivering high-quality services to our clients.
Main Responsibilities- Gain experience and skills to work towards becoming a Chartered member of the RICS.
- Provide support on instructions to senior surveyors within the BC team.
- Undertake instructions with support from senior colleagues.
- Contribute towards departmental financial performance targets.
- Liaise with other LSH departments and divisions as required.
- Represent LSH and the full range of property-related services available to clients.
- Suitable qualifications with eligibility to apply for RICS Chartered membership.
- Computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Powerpoint), AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to prioritize conflicting workloads.
- Capable of working alone or as part of a team.
- Possess a valid UK driving license.
