About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Surveyor to join our Building Consultancy team at Lambert Smith Hampton. As a Graduate Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting our experienced surveyors in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Gain experience and skills to work towards becoming a Chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
  • Provide support to senior surveyors on instructions and projects.
  • Undertake instructions with guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Contribute to the department's financial performance targets.
  • Liaise with other departments and divisions as required.
  • Represent Lambert Smith Hampton and promote our range of property-related services to clients.

Key Skills and Qualities:

  • Suitable qualifications with eligibility to apply for RICS Chartered membership.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting workloads and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Valid UK driving license.

  • Understanding of the structure and services offered by a multi-disciplinary firm of surveyors.
  • Awareness of how Building Consultancy adds value to other departments.
