About the Role

C&C Group plc is seeking a seasoned Change Communications Manager to spearhead internal communications related to the company's transformational objectives and changes within the organisation. As a key member of the team, you will leverage your exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and ability to align communication priorities across various business leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively convey transformational objectives and changes within the organisation.
  • Manage internal communications channels to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to employees.
  • Collaborate with business leads to align communication priorities and ensure consistency in messaging across departments.
  • Work closely with the Head of Communication to develop a compelling narrative for the company's transformation journey.
  • Create engaging content, including presentations, newsletters, emails, digital assets, and intranet updates, to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Monitor feedback and engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and make adjustments as needed.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on communication matters related to transformation initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in internal communication to continuously improve strategies and tactics.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in corporate communications, preferably in a large and complex organisation.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective communication strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience managing communication channels such as intranet, email, and digital signage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant communication tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a dynamic business environment.
