Regional HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Regional HR Business Partner in the Northern Region. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the HR people plans and providing hands-on support to managers on a range of issues.

About the Role:

As the HR Business Partner for the Northern region, you will be responsible for collaborating with regional and service managers to develop effective people strategies that meet operational needs while mitigating risks. You will also foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, balancing the needs of the business with the needs of employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective people strategies that meet operational needs while mitigating risks.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, balancing the needs of the business with the needs of employees.
  • Provide hands-on support and coaching to managers on a range of issues, including performance management, employee engagement, and change management.
  • Ensure that senior stakeholders are working to develop key HR initiatives and practices, and adhere to legal standards, reflecting best practices.

Location: Multi-site, with a base in East Midlands. You will have the opportunity to travel around the Northern Region, but also work from home and HQ two to three days per week.

What We Offer:

c£60k plus car or car allowance.
