About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Marston's. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing procedures, including stocking and cash handling
- Leading and motivating a team of staff to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Ensuring the smooth running of shifts and managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
