Role Overview

The Lead Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in delivering scalable solutions for HR, Finance, and Procurement to align with business needs. This position involves leading both technology and business teams, as well as collaborating with selected third-party vendors to ensure project delivery is timely and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of ERP solutions with a focus on Finance, Procurement, HR, and Payroll.
  • Develop business cases to prioritize projects effectively.
  • Manage technology solution projects from initial concept through to successful delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure technology solutions meet business objectives.
  • Oversee project budgets and manage third-party technology partners for functional development.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in ERP implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach to decision-making.
  • Experience with real-time integration to various systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and services.

Technical Expertise:

Preferred qualifications include project management certifications (Prince 2 or PMI) and a solid understanding of managing business system project implementations.
