Care Home Night Shift Coordinator, Ormskirk

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Home Night Shift Coordinator to join our team at Stocks Hall Group in Ormskirk. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of carers during the night shifts, providing exceptional care and support to adults with physical disabilities or varying degrees of dementia.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and be working towards or be prepared to work towards Level 3. They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support their team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of carers during night shifts
  • Provide exceptional care and support to adults with physical disabilities or varying degrees of dementia
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
  • Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
