We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Centre Manager to enhance the operational performance, customer experience, and financial performance of our innovation centre in Oxford.

Oxford Innovation Space operates a network of innovation centres that provide flexible workspace and business support services to companies throughout the UK. Our clients are start-ups, high growth SMEs, investors, and public sector organisations.

The successful candidate will support the Community Manager to create a successful innovation centre by selling and marketing our product offering, enhancing its reputation for excellence, and delivering a market leading service to our community in facilities, support, and collaborative connections.

Main Responsibilities:

Operational

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the centre, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
  • Support the Community Manager in creating a successful innovation centre, enhancing its reputation for excellence.
  • Deliver a market leading service to our community in facilities, support, and collaborative connections.

Customer Service

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our members, stakeholders, and partners.

Operational Management

  • Assist in the management of centre operations, including reception services, facilities, and maintenance.
  • Ensure the centre is run efficiently, effectively, and in line with our policies and procedures.

Marketing and Sales

  • Support the Community Manager in selling and marketing our product offering, enhancing its reputation for excellence.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
