We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Centre Manager to join our team at Oxford Innovation Space. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our centre, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the operational management of the centre, including maintenance, repairs, and facilities management.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our members, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the Centre Director/Manager in promoting available space in the centre, generating revenue, and identifying additional revenue-creating opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of a community of entrepreneurs within the centre, providing support and guidance to our members.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and initiatives suitable for the centre.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the operational running of an asset of the size, character, and quality of the relevant centre.
  • Previous experience in a letting office environment preferred.
  • Clearly identifiable management skills in order to manage a team within a service environment, ensuring overall performance is maximised.
  • Evidence of negotiation skills within previous roles.

What We Offer:

  • Salary of up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 25 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays.
