About the Role

Pure Offices Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Assistant Centre Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of our business centre, and supporting the Centre Manager in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist the Centre Manager in the day-to-day operation of the business centre, including general administration, marketing, and letting of office suites.
  • Ensure the centre presents well at all times, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.
  • Support the Centre Manager in the smooth and safe running of the centre, including ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as required.
