Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Junior Art Director to join our FT Studio team, which produces partner content for the Financial Times across Luxury and B2B. As a key member of our creative department, you will work collaboratively with our Senior Art Directors and other creatives to deliver world-class content across multiple formats and industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide art direction support across digital, video, and animation to ensure the highest quality output.
  • Maintain and develop our creative craft and excellence in delivery, staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Art Directors and other creatives, producers, and writers to bring projects to a successful conclusion.
  • Develop a keen eye for typography and editorial design, applying your creative vision to deliver compelling and engaging content.
  • Work across multiple formats and industries, with a focus on luxury, and become comfortable with art direction, concept/creativity, and digital experience.
  • Make compelling creative recommendations that drive business results and exceed client expectations.
  • Take a creative approach to B2B subjects, offering a fresh perspective and innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio showcasing your art direction skills and experience in luxury content creation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of design trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry.
