About the Role

As a key member of the Reed Exhibitions Limited Company team, you will play a crucial role in delivering and continuously enhancing our digital products and experiences across our hosted buyer, VIP, and matchmaking platforms.

You will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of customer portals and data-driven networking tools, with the goal of maximizing commercial return and elevating customer engagement and satisfaction.

This hands-on position will involve launching new portals, managing integrations, and constantly improving the customer journey and commercial value across our internal and external systems, for multiple event brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of customer portals and data-driven networking tools to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize commercial return and enhance customer engagement.
  • Launch new portals, manage integrations, and improve the customer journey and commercial value across multiple event brands.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the success of digital products in driving revenue growth.
  • Utilize data analytics and customer behavior insights to inform product improvements and drive business results.
  • Lead a small, dedicated team while adopting best practices to ensure seamless delivery and support of the platforms.
  • Manage a product development roadmap and prioritization process to drive business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
  • Strong technical understanding of content management systems and web-based customer portals.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and driving business growth.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in developing and improving customer journeys to drive business results.
  • Well-versed in Product and Project Management methodologies.
  • Strong education background or equivalent experience.
