About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Analytics Manager to join our Digital Product Analytics team within Global Technology. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving a data-driven culture across Digital Products and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end analytics delivery, including scope definition, approach implementation, and insight delivery.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure output exceeds expectations.
  • Partner with Product leads to improve product performance based on KPIs.
  • Manage reporting of digital product metrics and KPIs.
  • Own and deliver key reporting assets and KPI dashboards that support both product and commercial stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and demonstrate the ethos of the Digital Product Analytics team.
  • Supervise delivery of work by 2 BI analysts.
Requirements
  • Prior experience working in an analytics function and leading analytics output.
  • Expertise in SQL and Python.
  • Working knowledge of BI solutions (PowerBI, Tableau, Big Query etc).
  • Working knowledge of web/digital reporting solutions (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Experience working with cloud-based analytics solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure etc).
  • Ability to influence business decisions with analytics, using hypothesis-based approaches.
