Position Overview: The Dietary Consultant Associate plays a crucial role in evaluating the nutritional eligibility of clients and recommending suitable food packages. This position requires a comprehensive assessment of dietary needs through various methodologies, establishing nutritional objectives, offering guidance to patients, and facilitating referrals as needed.

  • Completion of mandatory training to achieve Certification as a Competent Professional Authority (CPA) within six months of employment
  • Fundamental understanding of nutrition and dietary guidelines
  • Capability to conduct interviews, analyze data, and communicate effectively
  • Experience in patient education and effective communication
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
  • Competence in utilizing computer systems

Additional Qualifications:

  • Preferred background in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related disciplines through training, work experience, or coursework
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Experience in collecting blood samples, performing measurements, and monitoring weights
