As a Senior Waste Water Process Engineer, you will be instrumental in all facets of process engineering on transformative programs for essential infrastructure, with the chance to engage in prestigious engineering initiatives both domestically and internationally.

Our expertise spans the entire spectrum of process engineering within the water sector, including waste-water and bioresources treatment, with potential opportunities in other fields such as nuclear. Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage teams responsible for technical design work, adhering to relevant design standards and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Define project briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
  • Effectively manage timelines and budgets to meet key project milestones.
  • Collaborate closely with teams both in the UK and internationally to deliver cohesive design solutions.
  • Establish quality assurance standards in design processes.
  • Develop and enhance process engineering capabilities within the organization.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Chartered Chemical / Process Engineer (preferably IChemE or CIWEM).
  • Proven experience in managing design delivery, including multidisciplinary projects.
  • Thorough understanding of process engineering factors and their implications on project and operational risks.
  • Experience in leading teams on significant projects and/or major capital initiatives.
  • Familiarity with process safety methodologies (HAZOP / DSEAR), cost assessments, and UK environmental regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with primary process unit operations.
