Contribute to the Evolution of Urban Infrastructure.

Are you prepared to take on a significant role in influencing our innovative projects? As a key member of our skilled team, you will engage directly with our clients' challenges. We pride ourselves on fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where exceptional talent thrives without barriers.

As a Senior Leader in Waste Water Process Engineering, you will be instrumental in overseeing all facets of process engineering for transformative programs within essential UK infrastructure, with opportunities to participate in landmark engineering initiatives both domestically and internationally.

Our expertise encompasses all areas of process engineering within the water sector, including waste-water and bioresources treatment, both in the UK and globally, with potential roles in other fields such as nuclear. We consistently deliver industry-leading engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, from initial feasibility studies to process commissioning, while adding value through client-side support. If you are passionate about being part of a dedicated team in this industry, we would be eager to connect with you.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage teams responsible for technical design work, adhering to relevant design standards and codes while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Define project briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
  • Effectively manage timelines and budgets to meet key project milestones.
  • Collaborate closely with teams both in the UK and internationally to deliver cohesive design solutions.
  • Establish quality assurance standards in design processes.
  • Enhance and oversee the development of process engineering capabilities within the organization.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Chartered Chemical / Process Engineer (preferably with IChemE or CIWEM accreditation).
  • Proven experience in leading design delivery, including multidisciplinary projects.
  • Thorough understanding of process engineering factors and their implications on project and operational risks.
  • Experience in leading teams on significant programs and/or major capital projects.
  • Familiarity with process safety methodologies (HAZOP / DSEAR), cost assessments, and UK environmental regulations.
  • Hands-on design and/or operational experience with primary process unit operations.
