Your Role
As a Technical Representative, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing our beer dispense equipment. You will work in a wide variety of locations, from pubs and clubs to high-end restaurants, stadia and large-scale events.
Your Responsibilities
- Install and maintain beer dispense equipment
- Repair and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Provide technical support and training to customers
- Build relationships with colleagues and customers
- Ensure health and safety standards are met
About You
We're looking for someone who is practical, logical and able to problem-solve. You should be comfortable with modern technology devices and have good customer service skills. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team.
