Job Summary:
Barclay Specialist Care Ltd is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team. As a Female Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to a young lady who is active in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily living support to the service user, including assistance with personal care and household tasks.
- Support the service user to participate in community activities, such as horse riding, walking groups, and arts and crafts.
- Assist the service user to maintain social inclusion and independence.
- Use a full clean driver's license and transport to support the service user's needs.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a care setting, preferably with individuals with complex care needs.
