Female Support Worker - The Bungalow

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at The Bungalow. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Participate in the implementation of individual support plans and activities
  • Maintain effective communication and liaison with service users, families, and other stakeholders
  • Support service users with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, laundry, and social events
  • Record accurate notes and maintain confidentiality
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to provide exceptional care

Requirements

  • Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards one
  • Experience in a care setting (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Passion for working with vulnerable adults
