As an Overnight Care Operations Supervisor at HC-One, your primary focus will be on one essential value: **Compassion**. In this role, you will oversee a designated area of the facility, ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained. You will also be responsible for managing the entire operation in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager. Whether you are noting the mobility challenges of a new resident, requesting a sample for health monitoring, or administering medication, your priority will always be the dignity and well-being of our residents.



We seek individuals with demonstrated leadership abilities in a care environment for vulnerable adults. Your positive energy and interpersonal skills will be crucial in this position. This role is designed for someone who is prepared to take significant responsibility. When interacting with residents or colleagues, you will always approach them with **thoughtfulness** and **kindness**.

Recognizing that safeguarding is a collective duty, it is vital that you can identify potential signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate steps to take if concerns arise. All staff members are required to participate in safeguarding training relevant to their roles and to pursue additional training in related areas. You will also be equipped to seek guidance and escalate concerns if necessary.
